What is SGUnited Skills Programme?

As Singapore gears up to adopt Industry 4.0, the demand for advanced manufacturing talent will continue to rise. Under the SGUnited Skills Programme, SIM will be launching a series of 6-month programmes targeted at high-demand job roles in the Advanced Manufacturing Sector.
The SGUnited Skills Programme is part of a whole-of-government response to help job seekers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic to acquire industry-relevant skills.
SIM will be providing professional career coaching services and assisting the trainees with a job placement. Trainees will also receive a monthly allowance of $1,200* during the programme.
*Trainees must meet minimum 75% attendance to qualify for Training allowance monthly. Trainees who are concurrently receiving COVID-19 Support Grant (CSG) or Self-Employed Person Income Relief Scheme (SIRS) payouts will receive a lower training allowance as they are already receiving income relief.[SGUS PREVIEW TALKS] Land a Job with SIM SGUnited Skills Advanced Manufacturing Programme
